Do you also have a brick-and-mortar store, is personal pickup of goods possible?
Yes, we do. Our shop, which also features a wonderful cafe, is located at Laurinska 5 and is
open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including holidays.
Is it possible to put the ceramics you make in a dishwasher, microwave?
Yes, the ceramics can be put in the dishwasher and the microwave.
Is the material used food-grade, does it meet safety standards?
Yes, the material from which the ceramics are made is safe and suitable for contact
with food.
Is it possible to deliver the shipment abroad as well?
Yes, we also ship to countries within the EU. You can find the price list in the shipping section. For countries outside the EU, please contact us for shipping options.
Where is my package?
After sending the package, you will receive a tracking number by email, under which you can find it on the Slovak Post website: https://www.posta.sk/sledovanie-zasielok
The package was damaged, broken, now what?
If your shipment was insured, the package includes the complaint procedure https://www.posta.sk/podpora/reklamacie.

I received a different item than I ordered?

Does the product not look like the photo?
As these are handmade and each product is unique, the item may not always exactly match the photograph; photographs are for illustration purposes only. Do you also make personalized custom products?
Yes, we would be happy to manufacture goods exactly to your specifications, however, it depends on the nature of your requirements as we cannot produce everything. The production time from placing an order is approximately 1 month, but depending on the complexity of your request, it may take longer.
